As a Holistic Lifestyle Personal Trainer, I provide in-depth physical training and support, along with, shifting your mindset. In order to train the body, you need to also train the mind. One of the main reasons you will fail to reach your fitness goals is because of your mind, your negative thought patterns and beliefs. Fitness will take on a whole new meaning when approached holistically. A holistic approach to personal training and fitness connects your mind to your body through conscious movement patterns that rejuvenate, strengthen the body, and support your personalized transformation.
You will learn how to adjust your mindset to stay positive throughout your personal fitness journey. By altering your mindset, you will practice using the mind to maximize your results not only in fitness but in all areas of your life. By staying positive, you will spark motivation and push past the barriers that arise. Trust your inner knowing. Moving from wanting to change to actually doing so is challenging because the repetition of any pattern of behavior has established neural circuits in the brain. Habits generate biochemical and physiological changes that perpetuate the behavior. Be assured, however, that it is possible to break a habit when you address its emotional and physical aspects. Habits fill deep-seated needs so when you deepen an unwanted behavior or habits, you will replace it with a nourishing one.
